GTA IV - Police Gun Down Deadly Suspect

Don't ask pointless questions.What was a simple call for a police officer to investigate a report of drug dealing activity quickly turned into a deadly gun battle with one of the suspects involved in the drug deal. The other suspect fled but was successfully chased down and arrested. He was not harmed. However, a bystander was severely injured due to the fact that he chose to run straight into a police cruiser.
